1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ts71 website accessible at https://ts71.io and all associated pages, services, games, and features provided therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the ts71 Platform or who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ts71 Platform, used to access games, place bets, deposit funds, and manage withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which ts71 Accounts are denominated.
• "Eligible Game" means any game or betting market available on the Platform that contributes to the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement as specified in applicable bonus terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ts71 account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• Have read and agree to the ts71 Privacy Policy;
• Have read and agree to the ts71 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your Account or any wagers placed.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ts71 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a serious criminal offence in many jurisdictions to permit minors to participate in gambling activities. ts71 takes this obligation seriously and enforces strict age verification protocols.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their place of residence.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an Account on ts71:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the ts71 Platform;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of ts71 or its affiliated companies;
• Immediate family members of ts71 employees or contractors;
• Persons using VPN services or proxies to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ts71 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ts71 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

4.4 Account Suspension

ts71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or reasonable belief that the Account is being used for prohibited conduct.

5 Identity Verification

5.1 KYC Requirements

ts71 is committed to maintaining a secure platform and reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a period of inactivity, or as part of routine anti-fraud procedures.

5.2 Accepted Documents

ts71 may request one or more of the following documents to verify a Player's identity and address:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport;
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within 90 days) confirming residential address;
• Mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) account statement confirming registered mobile number.

5.3 Failure to Verify

If a Player fails to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ts71 support, the Platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities, restrict gameplay, or permanently close the Account. Balances held in unverified Accounts that are subsequently closed may be subject to forfeiture.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ts71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks notified on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in BDT.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during public holidays, or if verification is required before the withdrawal can be released. ts71 targets a maximum processing window of 24 hours for all verified withdrawal requests.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• ts71 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.

6.5 No Currency Conversion

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. ts71 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players should note that their individual payment provider (e.g., bKash, their bank) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside ts71's control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by ts71 are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ts71 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion. A Player may be ineligible if they have previously abused a bonus, if their Account is under review, or if the promotion is targeted at a specific segment of Players to which that individual does not belong.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

ts71 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; hedging bets across markets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and associated free bet credits that are not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

ts71 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its absolute discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered), bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds, or bets placed by Players whose accounts are under review.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the relevant sporting event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the time limits specified in the applicable game rules; clear pricing errors on the part of ts71; technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of the market; or the discovery of match-fixing or other integrity violations relating to the event in question.

8.3 Game Results

The results of all casino games hosted on the ts71 Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by ts71's game studio partners. ts71 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's server logs constitute the definitive record.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

ts71 reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet winnings limits on any market or game category. Where applicable, the maximum payout limit will be displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings in excess of any stated maximum will be reduced to that maximum at ts71's discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ts71 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform via proxy, VPN, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ts71 staff or other Players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without written authorisation from ts71.

10 Responsible Gaming

ts71 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its platform. We provide all Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life or the lives of those around you.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ts71 Platform — including but not limited to the ts71 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game graphics, audio, text, and data — is the proprietary property of ts71 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Players to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the ts71 brand name, logo, or any Platform content in connection with any third-party product, service, or commercial activity;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ts71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond ts71's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks, etc.).

ts71's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

ts71 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ts71 uses Player data to: operate and maintain your Account; process deposits and withdrawals; verify your identity; prevent fraud and money laundering; provide customer support; and, where you have given consent, send you promotional communications. ts71 does not sell Player data to unaffiliated third parties.

14 Amendments

ts71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ts71 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ts71 Platform's operational jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ts71, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ts71's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.
